The school began with only two classes, Nursery and K.G. (Kindergarten), and has been upgrading one class each year. In the academic session 2025–26, the school is running a total of thirteen classes: Nursery, K.G., and Classes I to IX, with an average of 30 students in each section.
From the academic session 2026–27 onwards, admissions will be offered primarily in Nursery and K.G. A limited number of meritorious students will be admitted to upper classes, and the school will be upgraded to the next higher class, Class X

The students are being taught in the classes under the supervision of the Director of MJMS.
